Central Woodwork is a family-owned and operated Tennessee company, established in 1945. From our locations in Collierville and Nashville, we offer a variety of windows, doors, mouldings, and related millwork products for residential and light commercial application.

Our roots are deep in the professional trade and we serve contractors in the Memphis and Nashville metropolitan areas, and also distribute competitively through a network of the area's best building supply companies operating within a few hours of our sites.

Founded in 1945 by Francis Osborne "Mr. F.O." Schaefer, Central Woodwork continues to flourish under a third generation of family leadership. We have worked hard to accumulate and retain the most capable and experienced employees in our respective markets, with our average tenure close to 20 years. We strive not to force certain products on the industry, but to respond to the needs of the building community with first quality products, to offer service that understands the building process, and to earn high marks for integrity.

Central Woodwork is the largest purveyor of residential doors in the state of Tennessee. We keep a large inventory but remain flexible enough to furnish special order needs swiftly. Our NeveRot window, built in Nashville, is particularly popular for its traditional cues, rot-proof materials, ease of installation, and affordability. Additionally, we are among Tennessee's largest distributors of many fine building product brands, including Masonite, Windsor Windows, Jeld-Wen, Simpson, Turncraft, and MGM.
